Manawa – The Heart of Pāpāmoa

Manawa is a residential housing subdivision in Pāpāmoa, situated on the Te Houhou block that was returned to Ngā Pōtiki ā Tamapahore as part of its Treaty of Waitangi deed of settlement.

Manawa has been designed to reflect Ngā Pōtiki historical and cultural connections to this land while providing much-needed, quality, subsidised housing for Ngā Pōtiki members, as well as a commercial return on the sites that will be sold to group builders.

There will be 240 house sites, 30 per cent of which will be set aside for Ngā Pōtiki members who are eligible for the various housing options on offer.
